Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 15 days of your delivery date for a full refund. For instructions on how to do this, please continue reading below.
Our return policy covers up to 15 days after your delivery date. ALL JEWELRY & PANTRY SALES ARE FINAL. If you decide you do not like the product you ordered, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will respond back with shipping instructions within 24 hours. As long as your package is postmarked within 15 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we will be able to take it back for a full refund back to your original payment method. You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at email@example.com so we can send a replacement. Once we have a photo of the damages and verify that it is indeed defective, we'll immediately send a replacement if the item is in stock. Shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately via email with next steps. Exchanges can only be made for select items. If you ordered a product with multiple sizes or colors, you can send it in for an exchange. As long as the item you want to exchange is the same price, an exchange can be made. Because inventory changes quickly, and items can take several business days to process through our returns, we can't guarantee availability of desired exchange products. We recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you want to receive in exchange via firstname.lastname@example.org
